What makes ARB the best in its field?

Effective Services

  • ARB has served clients for almost 70 years in the field of missing heirs, unknown heirs, and heirship research.
  • ARB has an excellent record of success. Selected case histories and letters from ARB clients are available for your review.
  • ARB's excellence has been recognized internationally. ARB's research is accurate and complete.
  • ARB produces family charts, documentation, and affidavits or declarations which are accepted by the courts in matters of heirship and genealogy. Copies of the family chart and a computer disk (GEDCOM file) are provided at no cost to clients, if requested.
  • ARB is paid only on successful completion of service. We are never paid just for our effort or a report of results. Only when efforts are successful for the client is ARB paid.

Outstanding Resources
  • ARB's library contains more than 75,000 volumes including city directories and local histories, as well as microfiche, microfilm, compact disc and on-line sources. One of the largest private libraries devoted entirely to heirship research, this resource is available at no other firm.
  • ARB employees daily access sources held by the Family History Library in Salt Lake City; this library is known to have the most extensive genealogical collection available.
  • ARB's unique information and communication system facilitates effective delivery of information to clients, attorneys and courts. Prompt action is often essential to successful recovery for our clients.

Qualified Staff
  • ARB has highly qualified employees dedicated to providing the best service to clients. ARB employees coordinate with local experts on special research assignments.
  • ARB staff have worked together for many years and emphasize teamwork to gain the greatest advantage for our clients. The entire staff is part of each case at ARB.
  • Courteous and friendly staff are available to answer your questions throughout the recovery process. Many comment on this aspect of ARB service.
  • ARB has an outstanding legal support group. The attorneys have been selected for their effective client service and excellence in probate and heirship matters.

Flexible and Competitive Fees
  • ARB fees are fair. On referral matters we will work on either a contingent or flat fee basis according to the specific problem. We will meet and match any lower fee offer from a competitive firm. You can choose the best service and support team and know that you will not pay more for that quality.

Evaluating Firms

Advertising, especially on the Internet, may be misleading. We encourage you to seek further information about firms before making a selection. Is the firm listed in Martindale-Hubbell? Is the firm listed in the ABA Journal? Is the firm a U.S. company or a foreign company with just a P.O. Box? Does the firm belong to the local Chamber of Commerce? Is there a Better Business Bureau rating? Can the firm provide references to document the years of experience claimed? ARB invites you to thoroughly review the information provided about our firm. We are confident you will find our advertising statements match our performance facts.
